Our name is a reminder to bring judgement to ambition. We take the time to understand a business, consider its risks and agree what we can contribute. The same care guides how we work with founders and owners after an investment.
Icarus is an investment holding company. Our contribution can be financial capital, the work needed to transform or recover a business, or a combination of both. In return, we take an equity interest and share in the risks and potential value created. We can also provide paid operational services to portfolio companies under separate agreements.
